Pamela (Pam) Ness Monteverde - As the Revenue Manager for the Town of Breckenridge, Pamela oversees critical taxation codes and revenue programs, ensuring fiscal integrity and supporting sustainable community growth. With over a decade of experience in finance, hospitality, and municipal operations, Pamela combines strategic vision with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

A proud Summit County resident for 11 years, Pamela’s connection to Breckenridge began long before, spending summers and winters in the area from 1986 to 1999. Watching the community’s transformation over the decades, she is deeply committed to giving back to the place she proudly calls her forever home.

Pamela is an accomplished professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Finance from the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland and certifications in hospitality management from the Universidad del Valle de México. Fluent in English and Spanish, with intermediate proficiency in French and Portuguese, she brings a global perspective to her local advocacy efforts.

Beyond her professional contributions, Pamela is a dedicated wife and mother of two young children, ages 7 and 5. Her family enjoys an active lifestyle, including hiking, road biking, and canoeing during the summer and skiing and cross-country skiing in the winter. They also cherish cultural and recreational pursuits, from attending music festivals to cheering for the Rockies. An avid traveler, Pamela makes annual trips to her native Mexico, where surfing has become a newfound passion for the whole family.
