Becca Bardell

Family Victim Advocate + Operations Manager

My name is Becca Bardell, and I am the Operation’s Manager and Victim's Advocate for Treetop Advocacy Center.

My passions include engaging in the fine arts, protecting our national parks and wildlife, and being fiercely supportive of those in need. I have spent the last 6 years working in Child Welfare and Supportive Services for families and children and hope my experience within those fields will bring a unique perspective to this role.

I am known for my sunshine personality, my deep love for my family, and overall goofy nature (I occasionally break out in song). I have three sweet and obnoxious 4-legged children at home named Jellybean, Pudge, and Otto Von Biscuit who are my world.

I am looking forward to servicing and connecting with my community in this role!

I love working at TreeTop because I get to make a real difference in the lives of kids and families who need it most. Simply knowing that I can help families feel safe, understood, and supported during such a tough time is incredibly meaningful. I also work with an amazing team of people who truly care, and together, we’re able to give kids and families the compassion and resources they deserve. It’s work that challenges me, inspires me, and reminds me every day why I do what I do.

I am always in awe of the team of people that pull together in our community to support children and families. Each interview and family we service reminds me daily how important this initiative is, and just how impactful support can be to each individual.

My favorite part of living in a mountain town is how connected you feel to nature and people around you. I love the ability to disconnect from the larger world and just enjoy the wind moving through the trees or snowing falling to the ground. It feels so wholesome and fulfilling that you're part of something worth preserving.
